Telemedicine Information

HERE’S A REVIEW OF HOW OUR TELEMEDICINE PROCESS WORKS:

  • If this will be your first visit with us (either telemedicine or in our office), please review and complete our new patient information.
    • NOTE: If you have previously completed our new patient information, you may disregard this.

  • On the day of your appointment, please plan to connect to our telemedicine waiting room 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
    • This can be done through a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.
    • HERE IS THE LINK TO OUR TELEMEDICINE WAITING ROOM:

  • Once you are checked into the waiting room:
    • A member of our team will greet you and ensure all intake paperwork is completed and you are set for your appointment with Dr. Williams.
    • We’ve scheduled your telemedicine visit alongside patients that are being seen in our clinic. As such, your visit may begin a little while after your scheduled time.
    • We promise we will try to keep your wait time as low as possible!

  • Once your visit with Dr. Robbins begins:
    • Make sure your camera is properly positioned so Dr. Robbins can see you.
    • We treat feet and ankles, so please make sure to adjust the camera in a way that Dr. Robbins can see your feet or ankles if needed.
    • Make sure that you are in a quiet area where background noise is minimized.

  • After your visit is complete:
    • Dr. Robbins will transfer you to a team member at the completion of your visit who will begin the checkout process.
    • As is the process with our patients who are seen in-person in our clinic, follow-up visits will be scheduled at this time.
    • Should you owe us money for your visit, we will collect your payment at this time digitally.

  • Here are some helpful tips for ensuring a great telemedicine visit:
    • Use strong wifi or an ethernet cable to ensure the highest quality connection.
    • Make sure you are using the latest browser software on your phone, tablet, or computer.
